Volunteer Shifts

Event Set Up: Friday January 27th 3:00-9:00 pm We will load vehicles with decorations, silent auction items, supplies and food. We will begin set-up and decorating for the event. Meet at Holy Rosary School at 3pm. We will load up cars and caravan to Bellarmine Preparatory School/Connelly Center where the auction will be held.:

Kitchen Volunteers--Saturday, January 28th during the Event 4:00- 10 or 11:00pm. Assist with food prep, food service, kitchen back, bar back, running food, serving drinks, clearing tables and more. :

Attendee Registration/Payment: Saturday, January 28 4:00 pm to 10:00 or 11:00 pm Greet, check-in attendees and take payments. Looking for volunteers who like to interact and talk and are comfortable using computers. You will be trained on the software at 4pm before attendees arrive.:

Silent Auction Tables/Tracking Live Items: Saturday, January 28 4:00-10:00 or 11:00 pm Monitor tables during the bidding process, close the auction items out and bring items to the registration/payment area when attendees check-out. Monitor the live auction items and track who the winners are, provide information to the registration volunteers.:

Clean Up: Sunday, January 29th 11:00 am to 2:00 pm Meet at Bellarmine Preparatory School/Connelly Center to do additional clean-up and pack-up remaining items to bring back to Holy Rosary.:
