Procurement Details

Each Holy Rosary Family is required to contribute to the annual Crab Feed. Each family's contribution must be equal to or greater than $100 and must be received by January 6, 2017.

This year, we have many ways that you can contribute. Choose the option that best fits your family's needs:

• Donate gift cards to local businesses, sporting events or places of interest. Or provide vouchers for goods and services such as catering, lawn maintenance, baked goods etc. Gift cards or vouchers must be worth at least $100 in value. 
• Use the Procurement Form to ask local businesses to donate goods or services that are worth $100 in value or more. Their gift is tax deductible! 
• Purchase Wish List items through Amazon Smile Enroll in Amazon Smile and purchase items that will be used to make up auction gift baskets! Just follow these simple steps to fulfill your obligation from your own home!

1. Go to Amazon Smile and sign in with your existing Amazon account; or create a new account if you don't have one currently. 

2. Enter "Academia Juan Diego" as the charitable organization you wish to support; now every time you make a purchase through Amazon Smile, a small donation will be made to Holy Rosary School!

3. Click on our Wish List  and select the item(s) you wish to contribute (must be equal to or greater than $100), complete your purchase and send a copy of your receipt to smckinney@hrrsjda.org so that your items may be properly tracked. You can have the items shipped directly to the school at the following address: Holy Rosary Regional School C/O Sarah McKinney, 504 South 30th Street, Tacoma, WA 98402. 

• Donate at least $100 directly either by cash or check to the front office or by credit card by filling in the Family Procurement box at the bottom of this page and then entering your credit card information.
